Renée is a versatile project and contract management professional with over 15 years’ experience spanning construction, healthcare infrastructure, resources, and professional services. She’s worked across both consultancy and client-side roles, bringing sharp commercial awareness and a clear, delivery-focused approach to every project.
She’s particularly skilled in procurement, stakeholder engagement, and managing works in live and operational environments—whether it’s a hospital ward, an active accommodation village, or a sensitive care facility. Renée is known for building strong relationships and adapting quickly to project needs, always keeping people and outcomes front of mind.
Renee’s recent experience includes managing mess hall upgrades across multiple BHP villages in Newman, refurbishment projects at St John of God Subiaco Hospital, and overseeing contract administration for healthcare capital works across WA. She’s also delivered aged care upgrades, branch fit-outs for HBF, and supported minor works programs for Rio Tinto and BHP.

Mya brings a solid background in maintenance and asset management, with a strong focus on delivering practical value and standout service. She’s worked across a large property portfolio, , and brings a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to every project.
Before moving into construction project delivery, Mya was involved in managing a corporate rental portfolio of over 530 properties—with her primary focus on overseeing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating upgrades, and playing a key role in the refurbishment of a 10-storey residential complex.
Most recently, she was involved in the $15 million refurbishment of a residential apartment complex on Guildford Road in Maylands, which included upgrades to 119 units and common areas across the site.
Mya's hands-on experience and client-first approach make her a valuable part of the project team.
